Can preupgrade 9->10 use rpmfusion?

That should work, but is not ideal. Maybe someone could try to discuss 
how to improve things with the preupgrade developers (e.g. by 
downloading RPMs from all enabled 3rd party repos as well, as that will 
happen after finishing preupgrade anyway?).
