cannot access cvs

Hi,

it seems I can't access the cvs. It has been happening for a few days,
roughly since the F-10 branching. Any ideas what is wrong here?

[jsikorski at snowball common]$ cvs -z4 update -dPA
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if
any)
