I think you should at least resolve these:

open-vm-tools.i386: W: service-default-enabled /etc/init.d/vmware-guestd
open-vm-tools.i386: W: no-reload-entry /etc/init.d/vmware-guestd
open-vm-tools.i386: W: incoherent-init-script-name vmware-guestd

BTW, what happened to the libraries, headers and related things that  Orcan
Ogetbil noted?
