FYI, I'll slowly start filling the EL repos now

Hi!

Just FYI, I'll slowly start populating the EL5 repo now and will branch 
and build quite a few packages for EL-5 in CVS. That's similar to the 
initial imports and builds in F-8, F-9 and rawhide for livna packages I 
did over the past few weeks and hopefully should make life easier for 
everyone except me.

Please note that I won't branch each and every package for EL; my main 
goals are to get
- the packages into the EL repos where their RPM Fusion maintainer 
expressed willingness to maintaining the package for EL
- gstreamer-foo, mplayer, vlc and xine-lib-extras-nonfree and their deps 
and into the EL-branch

If you are not interested in supporting your packages for EL then don't 
worry if some or all of your package gets branched for EL; you don't 
need to maintain it, I or someone else will do that (more to come once I 
know which packages need a dedicated maintainer for the EL branch).

Note that I expect that work to be a bit slower than the livna imports 
as we might need to get some of the BuildRequires into EPEL, which might 
take a few days
