m2vrequantiser imported and built; felix will take care of it

mythgame-emulators is in in the free repo, but all those games are right 
now in nonfree afaics. That won't matter much for most people as they 
will likely use both; but a few people will likely only use the free repo.

Do we care? Would be easy to fix: just build a separate package 
mythgame-emulators in the nonfree repo.
