Whoever can "cvs up WhatsNew.py" at RPM Fusion (probably only Thorsten),
please update it, then execute the script for every config file.

The change won't break the pushscripts. It only touches two methods that
are used for initialising the whatsnew database files. If you see
upper-case warnings, that means the assumption about finding the
"source/SRPMS" folders at the same directory level than the $arch folders,
doesn't hold true and needs a revisit as external src.rpm repos are not
defined anywhere so far.
