I know, this sucks, it was still there a week ago I'll send upstream a mail
about this, its weird.

Once this is build I'll do a new gstreamer-ugly release which uses this to 
generate amr decoding plugins. Then you should be able to play .3gp movies
with sound in gstreamer apps (such as totem).
