These are your BR:

BuildRequires:  bison 
BuildRequires:  flex
BuildRequires:  slang-devel
BuildRequires:  libX11-devel
BuildRequires:  libXxf86vm-devel
BuildRequires:  SDL-devel
BuildRequires:  alsa-lib-devel
BuildRequires:  libsndfile
BuildRequires:  desktop-file-utils

These are the packages already included in the build system and they do not
need to be specified:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#Exceptions_2

xorg-x11-font-utils is not among the first nor the latter and it is not pulled
in by their dependencies therefore you must include them among the BR.

I see you only committed for F-10. It is a good practise to start to build for
devel then going backwards (to F-11, F-10). In this way, you'll always have a
clean upgrade path.
