RAR is a powerful tool allowing you to manage and control archive files.
Console RAR supports archives only in RAR format, which names usually have
a ".rar" extension. ZIP and other formats are not supported.

Long long ago， freshrpms.net maitained this package. But after the
combination of livna, 
rpmfusion and drrible, I can not find this package. So I hope RPMfusion can
allow RAR to
be added into repository again. I think RPMFusion users also need it.

I find its specfile in atpms.net. Is it OK?
