I will look into it.
But, because of bug in the vlc-core there is a need for a fix which introduce
an ABI break. (ABI got broken by one patch between 0.9.9 in Rawhide and 0.9.8a
in F9/F10). I may consider to backport this patch along with 0.9.9 wich will
comes in few days. So it will be interesting that you submit your package using
python-vlc so it can get tested.
