Removing kernel module plugins for yum-utils

Sounds good. And how do we handle it upstream? Do we become upstream or 
shall we try to send the changes to yum-utils upstream? Would that be 
acceptable for James? The pugin iirc is used on RHEL and we need to 
decide if we want to continue to support that in the latest version or 
if the latest version only support the current stuff.
