Removing kernel module plugins for yum-utils

RHEL contains a patched version of of an old release of the plugin, so 
it lives its own life.

For now we can keep in yum-utils git, but i might be an idea to rename 
it, if we a making changes to make it more specific to rpmfusion.org 
kmods. I dont think James, as any problems with that.
