Ehh, why? Just let each x11-xorg-drv-foo package create a small subpackage
x11-xorg-drv-foo-hwinfo and track those in with a dep. Then you only have to do
a rebuild of r-c-d when new pacakge get introduced (which shouldn't happen that
often)

I tend to say a two step solution with different tools just confuse users.
Ideally it should be possible to chose, install and enable a driver with just
one tool and just one or two clicks in it.
