This application processes and displays the DVB-T/C/S... content.
>From what I know, the video content is typically compressed using MPEG-2 and
H.264 (MPEG-4) codec and transported in the MPEG transport stream - e.g. no
free codecs at all.

The dependency is not only the xine-ui, it is mainly the ability to play the
MPEG content.

Anyway the application implements also other media players options, MPlayer and
libvlc and maybe others, what player works better (depending on the compiled in
options).

When you want to distribute it in RPMFusion, the dependency for this version
should be xine and xine-lib-extras-freeworld, whichever repository provides
xine.
