I have updated libcdio in rawhide. Following RPM Fusion packages need
to be rebuilt now:

vlc
vcdimager
xine-lib-extras-freeworld
gstreamer-plugins-ugly
mednafen

I can do the rebuilds in rpmfusion in the next few days if nobody
objects (or is faster).

I will commit the update to libcdio 0.81 in the next days. This means,
however, that bmpx needs to be removed from rawhide as it as GPLv2 only.

What are the necessary steps to get it removed from the repositories?
