I'm refering to :
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#Duplication_of_system_libraries
As a consequence, There are no reason from the whole blender/blender-freeworld
lifetime to use internal dependency, specially as the system versions are using
exactly the same sourcecode.
