gstreamer-plugins-bad has huge unwanted dependency - PersonalCopy-Lite-patches

Hi,
first of all I tried creating Bugzilla account but you have some
errors on your bugzilla system, each time any request is sent to
bugzilla I got an error for the first time, next time I tried it
worked :(

it failed for creating acount, then worked, and also for sending this bug.

gstreamer-plugins-bad has huge unwanted dependency - PersonalCopy-Lite-patches

When I install gstreamer-plugins-bad it also grabs
PersonalCopy-Lite-patches from Fedora repos as a dependency, if I try
to delete it via yum remove it also removes gstreamer-plugins-bad, as
it should...

I'm not an expert in this field but is PersonalCopy-Lite-patches
really necessary?

As I understand it in this file are only midi sound files, I don't
need midi support and this file takes huge 52MB of disk space!
(consider netbooks with 4GB SDD)

The dependency goes like this
gstreamer-plugins-bad - libtimidity - PersonalCopy-Lite-patches

What functionality would one use if you would drop libtimidity
dependency from gstreamer-plugins-bad?

Am I making some sense with this suggestion or talking out of my ass? ;)
