No need to, but you can if you want a fresh start

As Tom said: The license it tricky and non-free. But it afaics does allow
redistributions, doesn't it (I only did a quick look)? So I see no reasons why
we shouldn't include it.

But seems it's hard to find someone to review it. Maybe you ask around (maybe
even on fedora-devel-list) for someone to review it (any Fedora packager can do
that)
