I consulted Remon about this. In traverso, the rtprio setting is used for audio
device thread purposes only. He told me to patch the traverso rtprio
requirement down to 20 if that's what Fedora's jack uses.

So, users can edit their limits.conf file themselves if they want more rtprio.
I'm abandoning the traversouser idea.
