Again, the main resource needed is RAM, 3*Uncompressed RPM size.  If we
just don't build deltarpms for any packages that are too large[1], we
can decide what hardware resources we need ourselves.

[1] Yes, it's an ugly hack, but getting deltarpm to use a fixed amount
of RAM is going to take a bit of work.  I plan on doing it at some point
soon, but we're hitting end of the year for school and I've got loads of
stuff that I still need to do with my students.
