This package needs a lot of work. The most important issues are:

* It should go to Fedora. Here at rpmfusion, the rule is: if something can go
to Fedora, it goes to Fedora. The website says that the license is LGPL, so
unless the website is wrong or there are patent issues, rpmfusion will not
accept this package.

* There is no reason to make a separate specfile for the devel package. Please
include everything in the same specfile.

* You really need to go over those rpmlints and resolve them as much as you can
before you submit a review request.
