Branched for F11

Okay, so per our discussion on irc about putting mythtv 0.21 into the 
initial release repo... It sounds like I want to build the latest 0.21 
in devel/ so that ships w/the release, and then build 0.22-svn in F-11/, 
and have it go to updates-testing... Correct?

Haven't looked yet to see that mythtv has been removed from the f11 
repos, we have a massive gathering at the house starting... 5 minutes 
ago... But I'll try to give it a look later this evening, and get builds 
all squared away.
