We have no formal process yet (does anyone want to create one? Or maybe
better: directly work towards a creation of a proper steering
committee?), but I'd say we roughly handle it as usual: We discuss it in
public, if a few people give their "+1" and if nobody yells in private
of public then we just do it, otherwise things get stuck which doesn't
help anybody.

Nobody yelled yet, we got a few +1, so I'll upgrade oget to sponser
status in two or three days if nobody yells until then.
