F12 branch and rawhide for F13?

ok, that is enough for me to know, thanks and sorry for not 
catching that info before

now that means that I've effectively broken qmmp-plugins-
freeworld in F12 ... but as it did not get rebuilt, there should 
be the old 0.3.0 package in the repo, which is fine for F12, and 
I plan to release qmmp update to 0.3.1 for F12 soon, and then I 
can re-request qmmp-plugins-freeworld 0.3.1 build, which will fix 
the situation - while the users shouldn't notice the problem
