faac is nonfree according to ffmpeg - What to do ?

Hello !

Some may know that the faac FOSS status if unsafe.

Some projects have it disabled from their official build.
The ffmpeg build that I'm preparing will have it disabled.
the VideoLAN folk have removed it from their contribs.
same for mythtv according to this bug:

Do we agree to move it to the nonfree repository ?
