Just dropped faac support from the mythtv spec in my local tree, doing
a local sanity-check build, will then commit it.

In semi-related news, mythtv 0.22 is supposed to be released this
week. Will push packages for f10 and f11 to updates-testing right
after the release is cut. The forthcoming rawhide build should be
pretty damned close to what ends up 0.22.
