Rawhide "frozen" in rpmfusion.

gstreamer builds has failed, they need to have x264 disabled as a
temporary workaround then.

mplayer/mencoder - I beleive that Adam Williamson was interested.  But
a rebuild with fails as mplayer need a more recent version to handle
the new x264 API - I cannot handle until tonight and I would prefer it
to be handled by Adam.
