1.BuildRequires:  autoconf is useless.

2.%{_datadir}/menu/%{name} is debian menu files and should be disabled.
See 
./configure --help
 --disable-debian-menu   disable debian menu (default: enabled)
  --disable-desktop       disable desktop file (default: enabled)
  --enable-pulse          enable pulseaudio support (default: disabled)
