build errors on ppc builders

That's afaics the reason for the second problem in Dominik's mail (lame
missing on ppc64) -- I don't know why that happens since a few days (I
was bitten by that already as well). Xavier, did you change anything
recently?

The first problem ("Job failed on arch ppc: couldn't download result
files from builder") likely is related. I happened really rarely in the
past already iirc, but nobody every looked into this.

Dominik, bumping and rebuilding lame (and hoping everything works fine
on ppc/ppc64 this time) is likely the best way to fix this and make
mplayer build.
