Did you use a real email address ? Did it get caught in a spam filter ?

Should not be.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. It's possible that an admin in 
away from computer while on vacation etc, and will get back to you when 
they return.

Meanwhile, since you have been able to subscribe to the devel list, 
perhaps you could place a bug report here until the bugzilla access gets 
sorted out. Use the same format that bugzilla would create, eg 
package-name - bug when ... , with
description
version
reproducibilty
steps to reproduce
notes

It might be that the packager does see your email, or someone else with 
appropriate available time and rights could take a look,
