Use external zlib

This patch

* Removes hard-coded references to internal zlib headers.
This is supposed to allow building xbmc with all "zlib" directories physically
removed.

* Adds zlib to the set of "external libs" when xbmc is being built with
external libs enabled. I haven't tested whether this patch works without
external zlibs and when wanting to use the bundled zlibs, only.

This patch is against Alex's xbmc-9.11-8 sources (Applied as "Patch13" after
all of Alex patches).
