How to remove a package (iscsi-target) from rpmfusion

Hi,

I would like to see iscsi-target removed from rpmfusion as upstream is dead,
it breaks compiling with every other kernel release, and sometimes breaks
silently with a new kernel release.

As I'm no longer using it myself, and thus not actively maintaining it I think
it is best to simply remove this package from rpmfusion.
