ppc/ppc64 builder configs for F-12 don't include updates-testing

Hi,
I just filed https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1324 ,
but I don't know who is responsible for the plague configuration
on ppc builders. Whoever is, please enable updates-testing for F-12
as well. FFmpeg and MPlayer updates are waiting for libvpx-0.9.1,
which is in updates-testing now.
