Why not in Fedora: dvdbackup requires libdvdcss to rip encrypted DVDs

dvdbackup is a tool to rip video DVDs from the command line. It has the
advantages of being small, fast, and easy to use.

dvdbackup is similar to vobcopy (which is already in RPMFusion) but I find
dvdbackup is better; it successfully rips DVDs where vobcopy fails.
