I really hope that the full libva can get in, now if it was partially approved,
then I guess it would need the fedora version to fork the library given that
the ABI couldn't be preserved. Now it may make sense in case a later version is

Adopted, but this requires to bump epoch on the virtual package, I don't know
if it can be possible to restore back to libva without changing epoch.
