I've addressed quite a few of the problems already raised, done a spec file
clean up, added some new patches and got the damned thing to build!

There are bound to be a few other problems with it, but please feel free to
start the review.

I will say now that there is a hack in the specfile for CXXFLAGS, but this is a
workaround for UINTC_64 not showing up correctly in other packages.

The srpm is 68Mb in size, so please give it another 15 minutes from now (it's
22.15 British Summer Time) before you drag it down.

I've not test built this in mock, so if it dies, let me know!
