buildsys stalled?

Looking at:

http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/build-status/index.psp

it appears that all new F-13 builds started recently have stalled into a
"waiting" state.

In addition the buildroot devel/ doesn't seem to have been populated
with the any new packages added in the last couple of days, e.g.
hdhomerun-devel was added in this update:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/hdhomerun-0.0-0.13.20100213.fc13

but *still* doesn't appear:

http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/logs/fedora-development-rpmfusion_free/6645-xbmc-9.11-18.fc14/x86_64/root.log

What's going on, is the build system stalled?
