Any remaining things to be done before the final F13 release repos can get created?

Yes, however it depends on when new libetpan will be pushed into Fedora's
stable repository (for F-14 rebuild is already done) and (while I am
the maintainer of cairo-dock on rpmfusion-free)it cannot be
controlled by me.
