errors on the ppc builders: no more mirrors to try for ffmpeg-libs

Hi,

Looks like the PPC builder is having some problems trying to download 
ffmpeg-libs (no more mirrors to try), I'll try to resubmit the builds 
again tomorrow but if the PPC buildsystem administrator could have a 
look it would be much appreciated. It's the same error for both PPC and 
PPC64.
