I may be mistaken, but I believe in this case nothing would happen... All 
the dependencies are satisfied, so yum would see no reason to grab 
foo-content unless you specifically told it to, or opted to remove 
autodownloader.

In the event that both autodownloader and foo-content are installed, 
Jonathan mentioned that the game prefers foo-content so autodownloader would 
be ignored so there's no worries there.
