license : NOT OK
1. MUST: upon looking at the code/headers closer, should be changed to GPLv2+

sources : ok

2. SHOULD:  drop patch, not needed (and may be harmful)


Otherwise, pretty simple and clean.

I won't consider 1,2 blockers, they can be addressed prior to doing any builds
@ rpmfusion.
