rtmpdump: sync f12/f13 branches with f14

Hi there,

I was wondering if somebody could possibly sync the f12/f13 branches of
rtmpdump with f14? This would update the rtmpdump package to 2.3 as
well as enable the shared library librtmp{-devel} subpackages needed for
support of rtmp streams in xbmc. There is already an outstanding bug
report for this:

https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1317

and the work has been done in f14 and I have tested the xbmc package in
f14 compiled against librtmp-devel and all seems well with the streaming
support.

However, there has been no response on the bug since July. I was
wondering if somebody else could do the updates in lieu of the main
maintainer, or whether there is a co-maintainer. If not, how does the
non-responsive maintainer process on work on RPM Fusion, is it the same
as with Fedora proper?

Regards,
Alex
