retiring sdlmame-data-foo packages

Dear all,

recently a request was filed to rename this packages to mame-data-foo
[1], which has prompted me to ask myself the question: do these packages
make any sense?
In my opinion, they violate two of the packaging guidelines: code vs
content and shipping multiple upstreams in one package. I think that
sdlmame-data itself makes some sense since it enriches the experience
with frontends, but others are pointless imo. Having said that, I just
issued what I think will be a final update to sdlmame-data samples.
Also, co-maintainers for the main sdlmame-data package are welcome.

Julian
