Ok, the others I'm not sure. 

For the short description I know the original bug reported said it's for Gnome,
but really it only requires GTK, wouldn't it be more appropriate to use
something like:

A GTK based non-linear video editor

Which branches should be supported? I don't see why all of them wouldn't work.
(F13/F14/F15/Rawhide)

InitalCC?

As far as adding a block for bug 33, do I need to wait until I get CVS access?
