Yes that is fine.

Note rpmfusion has not branched between devel and F15 yet, so devel is
currently tracking F15 and we don't have any branch actually tracking rawhide.

Given that this needs a new mlt, and that is only built for F14 and devel, I
would only request an F14 branch (you get devel == F15 automatically).

filled in "Package CVS request" and make this bug block 33 (and keep it
blocking bug 4).
