FFmpeg 0.7.2 for F15 (and rawhide)

Yeah, I went locally through all dependent packages on F-14 and patched them
where necessary, so F14 is ready to be pushed, but we need to do devel/F-16
first, then F-15 and then F-14.

I've been working through F-16/devel packages in my spare time, but many
packages need porting to FFmpeg-0.8 API so it takes a while. 18 packages
are done, 16 are still pending.
