npapi-vlc doesn't provides/obsoletes mozilla-vlc

$ repoquery --provides npapi-vlc
libvlcplugin.so
npapi-vlc = 1.2.0-0.1git30357f8.fc16
npapi-vlc(x86-32) = 1.2.0-0.1git30357f8.fc16

This was here: http://rpms.kwizart.net/fedora/reviews/npapi-vlc/npapi-vlc.spec
Provides:       mozilla-vlc = %{version}-%{release}
Obsoletes:      mozilla-vlc < 1.1.13

but missing in cvs:
