Packaging process??

Hello,

I have a question related to the packaging process.

I have created package TestU01 in January 2012. The package was included in
Nonfree F16 updates repository:

http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/updates/16/x86_64/repoview/letter_t.group.html

I have now upgraded to F17 and I was surprised that TestU01 package is
missing in F17 repositories. However, it's included in F18 repositories:

http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/development/rawhide/x86_64/os/repoview/letter_t.group.html

My question is: how can I include the package in F17 repositories? Do I
need to make any action in the future to have the package in F19 etc.
repositories?
