@Karel,
please requeue your job using:
PLAGUE_CLIENT_CONFIG= ~/.plague-client-rpmfusion.cfg
/usr/bin/plague-client requeue 14074

This issue is caused by wrong permission while moving packages from a
dist to another.
In this case the repodata directory cannot be updated.
The workaround is to have a build done that will recreate the repodata
from another code path.

I will try to investigate further if the problem re-appear too much.
But I would better like to spend time on koji testing.
