I wonder if it won't be easier to merge back the spl-kmod package into the
zfs-kmod one.
We could still install the -devel if needed but at least it "may" solve the
dependency problem while trying to rebuild with akmod-zfs.

Even if a later unrelated components appear to be using the solaris portability
layer it could still be bundled into the same package. So either keep spl-kmod
or zfs-kmod. Now from the buildsys perspective, it should work to build theses
one after the other.
